These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your download, access to, and use of the DreamCraft mobile application (the “App”) and its related features and services (together, the “Services”). The Terms are an agreement between you and the person or entity operating DreamCraft, which is referred to in these Terms as “DreamCraft,” “we,” “us,” or “our.” Our current support contact is maxrubin147@gmail.com.
Please read these Terms and the DreamCraft Privacy Policy at
https://naturally-champion-vine.tilda.ws/ before using the Services. By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing through, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services and remove the App from your device. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer right that cannot legally be limited or waived where you live.
1. Changes to These Terms and the Services
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary for legal, regulatory, security, technical, or business reasons. We will post the updated version in the Services or another reasonable location and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice or request consent when required by law. Your continued use after the effective date of an update means that you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of acceptance.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, including AI models, generation limits, credits, or integrations. We will not remove a paid feature or balance contrary to applicable law or the purchase terms shown to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age for digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who must agree to these Terms where required by law. DreamCraft is not directed to children below the applicable minimum age. You may not use the Services if doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
3. Accounts and Security
Some features may require an account or sign-in. You agree to provide information that is accurate and to keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity through your account, except to the extent an issue results from our failure to use reasonable security measures. Do not share your account in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
If you believe that your account or credentials have been used without authorization, contact maxrubin147@gmail.com promptly. Where account creation is available, you may request account deletion through an in-app deletion option or by contacting us at that email address. Account deletion and retention of information are handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
4. License to Use DreamCraft
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Services on devices that you own or control, for lawful personal use or your internal business use.
Except where applicable law expressly permits, you may not:
- copy, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services themselves;
- modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover source code, models, or algorithms;
- bypass or interfere with security, payment, usage, content-safety, or access-control measures;
- use unauthorized bots, scrapers, automated requests, or similar tools to access the Services;
- interfere with the operation, availability, or security of the Services; or
- use DreamCraft’s name, trademarks, logos, or branding without permission.
5. Acceptable Use
You must use the Services lawfully and responsibly. You may not upload, submit, request, generate, edit, store, or share content that:
- violates law or promotes criminal, fraudulent, deceptive, or dangerous conduct;
- sexually exploits or endangers a minor, or contains child sexual abuse material;
- is sexually explicit or pornographic where prohibited by law or our safety rules;
- promotes terrorism, violent extremism, hatred, discrimination, harassment, or credible threats;
- infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, portrait, confidentiality, or other rights;
- contains another person’s personal, biometric, or likeness information without a lawful basis or required permission;
- impersonates a person or deceptively presents synthetic content as authentic;
- contains malware, malicious code, spam, phishing, or instructions intended to cause harm; or
- attempts to evade safety controls or helps another person violate these Terms.
We may review or investigate suspected violations. Where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, we may refuse or limit a generation, remove or restrict content, limit features, or suspend or terminate an account. We may preserve or disclose information to comply with law or to address fraud, security incidents, unlawful content, or imminent risk of harm.
6. User Content
“User Content” means prompts, text, photographs, videos, files, and other material that you upload, submit, or create through the Services. You retain the rights you hold in your original User Content. You are responsible for making sure that you have all permissions and rights needed to submit, process, and use it, including permission from people shown or heard in it.
You grant DreamCraft a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, modify, and process User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability, safety, and functionality of the Services, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, and comply with law. This license ends when the relevant User Content is deleted from our systems, except for limited copies retained in backups, security records, dispute records, or as required by law.
DreamCraft’s handling of private User Content is described in the Privacy Policy. Unless we clearly disclose otherwise and obtain any consent required by law, we do not intentionally use private User Content for advertising, unrelated profiling, or training generalized AI models. You understand that content sent to an AI, cloud, or other service provider may be processed by that provider as necessary to deliver the requested feature.
7. AI-Generated Content
DreamCraft may use artificial intelligence to generate or transform images, videos, text, or other material (“Outputs”) from your prompts and inputs. AI systems are probabilistic. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, similar to outputs generated for other users, or unsuitable for your intended purpose.
You must review Outputs before using, publishing, selling, or relying on them. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions and performing any legal, factual, or professional review required for your intended use. Do not use Outputs as the sole basis for decisions about employment, credit, housing, education, insurance, medical care, legal services, or other matters that may materially affect a person without qualified human review and compliance with applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights, we do not claim ownership of Outputs generated for you. We do not promise that an Output is unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free of third-party rights. You are responsible for your use and distribution of Outputs. If DreamCraft applies an AI label, watermark, provenance marker, or safety metadata, you may not remove or conceal it for a fraudulent or misleading purpose.
8. Intellectual Property and Feedback
The Services, including the software, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, trademarks, logos, technology, and materials supplied by us, are owned by or licensed to DreamCraft and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license in Section 4 and the rights in User Content and Outputs described above, these Terms do not transfer any right, title, or interest in the Services to you.
If you send suggestions, ideas, or other feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided that we do not identify you publicly without permission. If you believe material available through the Services infringes your rights, contact maxrubin147@gmail.com with enough information for us to review the request.
9. Google Play Purchases and Subscriptions
DreamCraft may offer subscriptions, credits, premium features, or other digital items through Google Play Billing. The price, currency, billing period, trial or introductory terms, and other material purchase information will be shown in Google Play before you confirm a purchase.
9.1 Payment processing
Purchases made through the Android App are processed by Google Play and are also subject to Google Play’s terms, payment terms, and policies. Google Play handles your payment method; DreamCraft does not receive or store your full payment-card number or security code for these purchases. We may receive purchase or entitlement information needed to verify and provide what you bought.
9.2 Subscriptions and cancellation
Unless the purchase screen says otherwise, a subscription automatically renews for the billing period shown at checkout until you cancel it. Google Play charges the payment method associated with your Google Play account. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play’s subscription settings. Uninstalling DreamCraft does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, unless Google Play or applicable law provides otherwise.
9.3 Trials, introductory offers, and price changes
Eligibility, duration, price, and conversion terms for a trial or introductory offer are shown before purchase. Unless you cancel before it ends, the offer may convert to the recurring subscription displayed at checkout. Google Play determines eligibility and billing timing. Any price change will be handled with the notice and consent process required by Google Play and applicable law.
9.4 Refunds and virtual items
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled under Google Play’s refund policies and applicable consumer law. You may submit a request through Google Play or contact maxrubin147@gmail.com for assistance. Credits and virtual items have no cash value, are not transferable or redeemable for cash except where required by law, and are subject to any usage or expiration terms shown at purchase. We will not reduce or expire a purchased balance contrary to applicable law or the terms shown to you.
10. Privacy
The DreamCraft Privacy Policy at
https://naturally-champion-vine.tilda.ws/ explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms by reference. If the Services or our data practices materially change, we will update the Privacy Policy and provide any notice or consent required by law.
11. Third-Party Services
The Services may use or link to third-party services, including Google Play, cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, crash-reporting, customer-support, communications, or AI-processing providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party services except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded. Purchases are processed by the app store or payment provider shown at checkout and are subject to the terms and policies presented with that purchase.
12. Availability, Updates, and Device Requirements
The Services may require internet access, compatible hardware, and supported operating-system versions. We may provide updates for functionality, compatibility, security, safety, or legal compliance, and some features may stop working without an update. The Services may be unavailable or interrupted because of maintenance, technical problems, network conditions, provider outages, or events beyond our reasonable control.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE EXTENT THOSE WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.
We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every purpose, or that Outputs will be accurate, unique, lawful for every intended use, or free from third-party claims. Nothing in this section excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DREAMCRAFT AND THE OPERATOR OF DREAMCRAFT, INCLUDING THEIR AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF DREAMCRAFT AND ITS OPERATOR FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES A DIFFERENT AMOUNT. IF YOU PAID NOTHING FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICES, THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT WILL BE THE AMOUNT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable. Some jurisdictions provide additional rights; those rights remain unaffected.
15. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DreamCraft and its operator, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful User Content, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not require you to indemnify us for our own unlawful conduct or negligence.
16. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately through Google Play to prevent future renewal charges.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a material or repeated violation of these Terms, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity, harm to users or third parties, discontinuation of the Services, or a legal requirement. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including intellectual property, payment obligations, User Content already lawfully retained, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and disputes—will survive.
17. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the relationship between you and the operator of DreamCraft, without depriving you of mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country or region of residence. Where permitted by law, please contact maxrubin147@gmail.com first so that we can try in good faith to resolve the issue. This does not prevent you from filing a claim, seeking urgent legal relief, or using a consumer-protection or small-claims process when available.
Any dispute may be brought before a court or other forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms requires arbitration, waives a right to participate in a collective or representative action, or prevents you from using a consumer-protection or small-claims process where such a right cannot legally be waived.
18. General Terms
If a provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or operation of law, subject to applicable law and notice where required. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any additional terms presented for a specific feature are the entire agreement concerning the Services and replace prior agreements on the same subject.
