This Privacy Policy explains how DreamCraft ("DreamCraft," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you download, access, or use the DreamCraft mobile application and related services (together, the “App” or “Services”).
Please read this Policy before using DreamCraft. It is provided to explain our privacy practices. If applicable law requires consent for a particular use of information, we will request that consent separately. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Services and remove the App from your device. This Policy does not limit any privacy or consumer rights that cannot be waived under the laws that apply to you.
1. Information We Collect
The information we handle depends on the features you use and the permissions you choose to grant.
1.1 Information you provide
- Images and other media. You may select, capture, upload, or otherwise provide photographs, videos, artwork, and other media for AI generation, editing, enhancement, or related features. We process the content needed to provide the function you request.
- Prompts and creative inputs. We may collect text prompts, descriptions, style choices, reference information, and generation settings that you submit.
- Account information. If your version of DreamCraft supports an account or sign-in, we may collect an email address, account or user identifier, display name, authentication information, and account preferences. When sign-in is handled by another provider, DreamCraft does not receive your password from that provider.
- Communications. If you contact us, we may collect your contact details, messages, attachments, and other information you choose to provide.
1.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the App, we may collect information such as:
- device model and manufacturer;
- operating-system version, language, general device settings, and App version;
- IP address and an approximate country or region;
- feature interactions, session events, usage frequency, and generation status;
- crash logs, performance information, error reports, and diagnostics;
- device or App identifiers made available by the operating system or integrated service tools; and
- purchase, subscription, entitlement, and purchase-verification information supplied by Google Play or another applicable app store.
1.3 Device permissions
Depending on the feature, DreamCraft may request access to:
- Photos, videos, or other media: to select input content or save results;
- Camera: only if you choose to capture content in the App; and
- Notifications: if you enable notices about generation status, account activity, subscriptions, or service operations.
You can change permissions in your device settings. Refusing an optional permission may make the related feature unavailable but should not normally affect unrelated features.
1.4 Information we do not intentionally request in ordinary use
DreamCraft does not ordinarily ask you to provide precise GPS location, contact lists, call logs, SMS contents, health information, full payment-card numbers, card security codes, bank-account credentials, or biometric identifiers for the purpose of identifying or authenticating you. Content that you choose to upload may nevertheless contain faces or other sensitive details. Upload only content that you are permitted to use.
2. Images, Facial Information, and AI Processing2.1 Use of uploaded content
Uploaded images, prompts, and related inputs are processed by automated systems and, where needed, service providers or other third parties, depending on their role, to generate, transform, enhance, or edit the content you request. Technical analysis of faces, objects, scenes, composition, pose, color, or structure may occur when necessary to produce the requested result.
2.2 Facial information
If an image contains a face, DreamCraft may temporarily analyze visual facial features to perform the operation you request. DreamCraft does not use facial information to identify or authenticate you, conduct surveillance, or create a persistent facial-recognition template or biometric profile.
Facial and other image-processing information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the requested feature, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted, anonymized, or otherwise protected in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.
2.3 Use of content for improvement
DreamCraft uses private images, prompts, facial information, and generated content to provide the feature you request and to perform related service operations. We do not intentionally use that private content for advertising or unrelated profiling. If we plan to use private content for model training or another materially different purpose, we will update this Policy and obtain any consent required by applicable law before doing so.
2.4 Generated content
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content generated for other users. It may contain metadata, provenance information, or an AI-generated-content label or watermark. You are responsible for reviewing generated content and complying with applicable law and the rights of others before using or sharing it. Content shared through a third-party service may be visible to that service and its users.
2.5 Automated processing
DreamCraft uses automated processing to create content from your inputs. This processing is not intended to produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- provide, operate, personalize, and maintain the Services;
- process prompts and media and deliver requested results;
- create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and synchronize settings;
- verify purchases and subscriptions and activate paid features or credits;
- troubleshoot, monitor performance, test, and improve reliability and functionality;
- detect abuse, fraud, malicious activity, policy violations, and security incidents;
- provide customer support and respond to privacy requests;
- send operational, security, policy, account, and transaction-related communications; and
- comply with law and protect the rights, safety, property, and integrity of DreamCraft, our users, and others.
Where required by applicable law, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Services. You may withdraw consent where the law permits, but withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
DreamCraft does not sell personal information or knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable law. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any choices or notices required by law.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
If you purchase a DreamCraft subscription, credit, or other digital item through Google Play or another app-store billing service, that store processes your payment method under its own terms and privacy policy. DreamCraft does not receive or store your full payment-card number, card security code, or bank-account credentials through the store.
We may receive limited information such as the product purchased, transaction or order identifier, purchase token, transaction status, subscription status, renewal or expiration information, country or region, and entitlement status. We use this information to validate purchases, provide paid features, prevent fraud, answer support requests, and meet accounting and legal requirements.
Subscriptions are managed and canceled through the account used with the applicable app store. Refunds are handled under the store’s policies and applicable law.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy.
5.1 Service providers and other third parties
Depending on their role, we may share the minimum information needed with service providers or other third parties that support the Services, including providers of AI processing, cloud hosting and storage, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, security, communications, and app-store purchase verification. Depending on the feature, this may include prompts, selected media, account information, device and usage information, diagnostics, or purchase details.
The relevant third party may process information under its own privacy notice and terms. We share only what is reasonably necessary and seek appropriate privacy and security safeguards where applicable.
5.2 Legal, safety, and business disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; respond to a valid governmental request; enforce our terms or policies; investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents; protect the rights, safety, and property of users, DreamCraft, or others; or support a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets. We may also disclose information with your direction or consent.
5.3 Aggregated or de-identified information
We may create, use, and share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so it cannot reasonably be linked to an individual. We will not attempt to re-identify it except to test our privacy controls, comply with law, or where otherwise permitted by law.
6. Data Storage and Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining security, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Different types of information may be retained for different periods.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it. Temporary copies may remain in backups, logs, caches, or disaster-recovery systems until they are securely overwritten or otherwise removed. Content saved on your device remains under your control until you delete it. We may retain limited information when necessary to prevent fraud, protect security, establish or defend legal claims, complete transactions, or comply with law.
7. Account and Content Deletion
If your version of DreamCraft allows you to create an account, you may request account deletion through any account-deletion option provided in the App or by contacting us at maxrubin147@gmail.com. Please provide enough information for us to locate the relevant account; we may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity or authority. We will process verified requests within the period required by applicable law, subject to information that must be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, legal claims, or other legal obligations.
Uninstalling the App does not necessarily delete an account or cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel a subscription through the applicable app store. You can delete media and generated content stored only on your device using the App or your device’s storage controls.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the information, such as encrypted transmission, access controls, restricted administrative access, monitoring, and deletion procedures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data incident occurs, we will provide notices to affected individuals or authorities when required by law.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information, a copy or portability of information you provided, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of or objection to certain processing, withdrawal of consent, or information about our processing. You may also have the right to appeal a decision on your request and to complain to a data-protection authority.
Send privacy requests to maxrubin147@gmail.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and the scope of your request. We will respond within the time required by law and will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Where legally permitted, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
9.1 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland
Where GDPR or similar law applies, the legal bases for processing are described in Section 3. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
9.2 United States state privacy rights
Residents of California and certain other U.S. states may have rights to know or access personal information, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, opt out of sale or sharing for targeted advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal treatment. DreamCraft does not sell personal information or knowingly share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy
DreamCraft is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in the applicable jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age without legally required authorization. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at maxrubin147@gmail.com. After verifying the request, we will take appropriate steps under applicable law.
11. International Data Transfers
DreamCraft and the providers that support the Services may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as an adequacy decision, contractual protections, or another valid transfer mechanism.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The App may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, sign-in services, app stores, or other services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and terms. Review those notices before providing information to a third party. DreamCraft is not responsible for independent third-party practices except to the extent required by applicable law.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, technology, legal requirements, or data practices. We will post the revised Policy in a reasonable location, update the effective date, and provide additional notice of material changes when required. If law requires consent for a new use of information, we will request that consent before starting the new processing.
